A strong negotiator and communicator, passionate about helping people in reaching their goals, and a genuinely caring person she picked real estate as her career of choice. A decade and a half later and with numerous awards and accolades, Sarah has earned an expert reputation in Toronto and GTA real estate market.

Besides being a real estate expert in Toronto and the GTA, Sarah is a busy mom of two girls – Mia and Sophie, and a furry friend, Mochi. Together with husband Tal they live and raise their family in Vaughan. Having worked for the most part by referral, Sarah’s knowledge of local markets and decade-long expertise have allowed her to successfully analyze current conditions in any market and area and develop proven pricing and marketing strategies to successfully sell and purchase properties for her clients.

Her ability to juggle both impactful roles make her an invaluable asset to our team, and yours! Hands-on experience in nearly every corner of the business—she has mastered the art of anticipating client needs and ensuring a seamless service.

With this experience, comes a knack for making people feel heard, seen, and cared for — whether she’s walking a first-time buyer through the process, managing listings, handling contracts, or ensuring every back-end detail runs smoothly. As Sarah’s right hand, she keeps the wheels turning and the standards high. Outside of real estate, Cindy is just as dynamic. She’s a Chinese takeout enthusiast, a cat mom to Kobe and Selim, and a go-to friend who brings warmth and wit to any gathering. (Fun fact: her past life as a bartender means she can serve up both a killer cocktail and a great conversation.)
